In 2020, we achieved a historic milestone in Zanzibar by welcoming 50,000 guests in a single season. Our team expertly managed weekly arrivals of 1,500 guests and maintained seamless operations for up to 2,500 in-house guests at any given time. This included handling large-scale arrivals, such as a 777-300 ER aircraft with a capacity of 531 guests, alongside two additional flights carrying 336 guests each, all on the same day. Despite the high volume, we consistently delivered exceptional service to every guest. This remarkable accomplishment was made possible by our highly skilled and experienced team, as well as the flawless collaboration between all departments: Contracting, Reservations, Transport, and Quality Service.

In 2021, our dedication to excellence was recognized by the Zanzibar Government, which awarded us the prestigious Excellence Award. This honor cemented our reputation as one of the most influential companies in Zanzibar's tourism sector.
